Our terms of use

By contacting us you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

All websites are built to customer specifications and to suit customer needs. Because of this we cannot insure the time in which it takes us to build the website. Payment must be received before work on the site has been started. This does not include designing the site or the planning stages of developement. Once a design and theme is chosen or "settled" and when payment has been received then work can be carried out. Work will continue until the customer is happy with the final outcome. If there is any problems with developement or if there are changed to the desired outcome then its up to the customer to inform Jay-Web of these changes. A furthur charge may be placed if changes to the design are made after a design has been settled on.
